During this 3 Month Mentorship- Randy and I will visit you in your Business Location- and we will dive deep into every aspect of your Business.
We will schedule an Introductory Call before we come to your location to identify vital information (how Many years you have been in business, design abilities, etc). We will go through and identify all the struggles that you may be having- and how we can overcome the challenges that you are facing. Our personalized/ tailored approach ensures that your unique style and goals are at the forefront of your learning experience.
During our Visit- we will help to set up your studio for optimal success- helping you to organize yourself to properly produce and execute weddings and special events. We will also do a Full 2 Day Design Workshop, where we will Build Bridal Bouquets, a Full Table Scape, and Ceremony Installation with you and your team (Max of 5). You will be provided with a Full Professionally Photographed Gallery to use to promote on your Business on your Website and Social Media. We will go over building proposals, profitable pricing, and so much more!
